Aventum’s Share Plan Option: A New Way for Our People to Own the Future

At Aventum, we believe in allowing every member of the team to share in our journey and successes. With this in mind, we have launched a global Company Share Option Plan (CSOP), an initiative that enables employees to become part-owners of Aventum Group, through discounted share options.
More than a benefit, it is a pathway to participation in our future growth, with tax advantages designed to maximise the impact for every employee.
Why the CSOP Scheme?
Our growth over the past decade has been driven by our people - their dedication, ambition and hard work have helped Aventum Group achieve some incredible milestones. The CSOP scheme reflects our commitment to creating a culture of shared success.
With this plan, every employee can invest in Aventum’s future and enjoy the rewards of our ongoing achievements. This initiative embodies our philosophy that together, we are unstoppable.
How It Works
The CSOP makes share options accessible to everyone. After completing a probationary period, each team member is eligible to receive shares, to the value of twice their salary, incrementally, over three years - starting with 40% of their allocation in year one, with 20% added each year (for the three years).
The scheme is structured to reward long term alignment with Aventum’s goals. To enable this, shareholders generously released 10% of their shares to help make this programme possible for the entire team.
